Can you guarantee that we will see the northern lights?

No. The northern lights are a natural phenomenon and can never be guaranteed. However, our guides use real-time aurora forecasts, weather data and flexible routes throughout the evening to give you the best possible chance of seeing the northern lights. If there is no realistic chance of seeing the aurora, we may cancel the tour rather than operate under poor conditions, and set up departures again when conditions are better.
